Standard authorship clauses no longer cover the actual deliverable when contractors use AI. The clause below closes the gap without prescribing a specific tool:

"The Contractor shall maintain, for the duration of the contract plus seven years, a tamper-evident process record for all analytical and written deliverables produced with AI assistance. The record shall include session logs, prompt history, AI suggestions, and the Contractor's adoption decisions, and shall be cryptographically chained to detect post-hoc modification. The record shall be made available to the Contracting Officer on request and shall not be considered work product privileged from disclosure to the Government."
